Starter Plan
Your website will be available within minutes of you completing your website content. You can see the progress in the top right hand corner of your Website dashboard
You may make content changes to your website at any time, and once made, you will again see the publishing progress from your Website dashboard. The changes should be visible on the internet within 5 minutes and most likely sooner.
Enhance Plan with your own domain name
Your website will be available within minutes of you completing your website content. The website will have a temporary address of [YourSelectedName].YELLOW.NZ. You can see the progress in the top right hand corner of your Website dashboard.
Yellow will complete the setup of your requested domain name within 1 business day (subject to availability of the requested name). You will be informed via email once your domain name purchase and setup is complete. The website will be live with your new domain name at this point.
You may make content changes to your website at any time, and once made, you will again see the publishing progress from your Website dashboard. The changes should be visible on the internet within 5 minutes and most likely sooner.
Enhanced Plan with a Yellow provided domain name
Your website will be available within minutes of you completing entry of your website content. The website will have a temporary address of [YourSelectedName].YELLOW.NZ. You can see the progress in the top right hand corner of your Website dashboard.
You will need configure your own domain to point to your new website. Instructions on how to do this can be found here. We will automatically monitor this, and once you have configured your domain name, we will link it to your new website automatically.

Online Store
Your initial website will be available within minutes of you completing entry of your website content. The website will have a temporary address of [YourSelectedName].YELLOW.NZ. You can see the progress in the top right hand corner of your Website dashboard.
At this point, there will be no store information presented on the website.
Your Store setup consists of two phases
Store account creation (1 business day if when details are complete)
We will send you a link requesting information on your store account. Once you have completed the form, we will create your store account. This consists of permanent information used to bill customers, collect money, generate invoices etc. We will inform you by email when this is complete.
Store product creation (Ongoing once you have your store account)
We will contact you requesting basic product details. We will create these products within your store. At this point we will give you access to maintain these details yourself.
Once the 2 steps above are complete, your website will display your store products and customers will be able to purchase products through your website.
Once your Online Store is Live
You may make content changes to your website or store at any time, and once made, you will again see the publishing progress from your Website dashboard. The changes should be visible on the internet within 5 minutes and most likely sooner.
