COVID-19 Support for customers

We know you might be doing it tough right now, these are unprecedented and uncertain times for Kiwi businesses and we want to help by continuing to connect your business with your customers and community. 

Bills probably feel quite stressful while New Zealand is in lockdown and many businesses unable to operate. For the next 60 days (until June 2020) we will not be applying any late payment fees, termination of our services or escalating non-payment to credit agencies for customers who are experiencing financial hardship due to Covid-19.
